For Hannah's 15th birthday she had a sleepover
party with several of her friends. They had
a good time, but they sure stayed up late.
Parker's school's third grade class performed
their annual school play "Going Buggy".
He played a fire ant. It is a cute play.
The cub scouts celebrated their annual Blue
and Gold Dinner where Parker was awarded
his Bear rank badge.
They had a cake decorating contest for best
scout theme.
Parker's den did a little skit where he
played a general asking for his
"special papers". It was a little big but
he wore the air force jacket Michelle
picked up for Hayley for Halloween
years ago. It even says Stone an it.
For school, Parker had to create a
diorama of a a scene from a favorite
book. He chose "Mr. Klutz is Nuts".
Did you make one of the cakes? The cupcakes at Hannah's party look good. Is Parker going as a fire ant for Halloween? Just kidding. No sighting of the elusive Hayley in March?
ReplyDeleteNo, it was a father/son cake contest and neither Tim nor Parker were interested in trying to make one. Parker didn't get to keep the fire ant costume. The school reuses them each year. Our first year here, Hannah was in the play, as a butterfly. She still remembered all the songs. I think Hayley was hiding upstairs during Hannah's party. Though she did come down to eat and we were dancing with the girls before Hannah kicked us out for embarrassing her. I will have to make sure I get a pic of Hayley each month from now on.
ReplyDeleteHannah's birthday party looks like she had a good time with her friends. Lots of yummy looking food too!
