Disney Trip - California Adventure

The next day we went to Disney's California Adventure.
We had a great time and the new Cars Land was awesome.

 The Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.
It is based on the movie "Up" since the boy in
the movie was a boy scout.  Here they can
climb and swing and look for clues, etc.

They were celebrating the Chinese New Year so we
got to see Geishas and a parade with the Chinese
dragons and everything was decorated with lanterns.
It looked pretty cool.

Cars Land.  It was like stepping into the movie.

Waiting in line for over an hour for the new Radiator
Springs Racers ride in Cars Land.  The lines are
always so long, they have people going around
selling snacks to you while you wait.  It was
a awesome ride and worth the wait.

Hayley had to have her picture in front of the
window with actual costumes from the ABC show
"Once Upon A Time".  It is one of her favorites.

The Hollywood Tower of Terror.

While Tim, Hannah and I were going on the Hollywood
Tower of Terror ride, Hayley and Parker got to see
the Pixar Parade.

I took a picture of the picture of us on the way down
in the Hollywood Tower of Terror ride.  It was a blast
though Hannah kept screaming so loud in my ear.
There we are in the top row on the right.

Disneyland Trip - February 2013

We finally made it to Disneyland after promising Parker we would
go for about two years.  It had been almost 12 years since
we had been with the girls so it was kind of like Hannah's
first time too as she didn't remember much from her first
visit.  We spent three days there, not counting the traveling
days and had an amazing time.  Disneyland never disappoints.

We stayed at the Best Western Courtesy Inn.  It
was a nice, clean hotel with adjoining rooms which
was nice with the kids.

Enjoying the room after a long drive.

Day 1 at Disneyland.
On the tram ride to the park.

Walking down Main Street. We are
finally here.
Our first ride of the day, the Pirates of the
Caribbean.  Always my favorite.

 The Haunted Mansion.

The sailing ship, Columbia.  Hayley wanted to
ride on it but it was closed when we were there.
 Darth Vader made an appearance.
Parker loved seeing the Jedi Training Academy.

 The Storybook Canal ride.

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.  Always a lot of fun.

The Jungle Cruise.

Tarzan's Tree House.

Hayley loved the treehouse.  Disney's Tarzan
is one of her favorite movies and she said she
could live in it.

Sleeping Beauty's castle all lit up at night.
A beautiful sight.
